A shipping setup per channel
Shipping methods are configured in the shop, the plugin or the marketplace account. Change a carrier and you change it in every place, if you remember all of them.
Shipping integration for webshops and marketplaces
Shopify, WooCommerce, bol.com and Amazon each come with their own shipping settings. Zineps imports those orders into one queue, applies carrier rules on your own contracts, creates the labels and sends tracking updates back. Built for webshops in the Netherlands and Belgium that sell on their own shop and on marketplaces.

Four shops, one queue
Zineps is shipping software for webshops in the Netherlands and Belgium. It imports orders from Shopify, WooCommerce, bol.com and Amazon into one queue and connects PostNL, DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS, Bpost and FedEx. Each logo opens that platform's page. The problem
A merchant who sells on their own shop and on a marketplace usually ends up with two shipping routines. Each channel has its own shipping settings, its own place to enter tracking and its own idea of a return. The same parcel to Belgium can then leave with a different carrier depending on where the order came from.
Shipping methods are configured in the shop, the plugin or the marketplace account. Change a carrier and you change it in every place, if you remember all of them.
Every channel expects the tracking number in its own way. Done by hand or by separate tools, it is the step that gets skipped on a busy day.
Your own shop and the marketplaces each handle returns their own way. How a marketplace return maps to the Zineps returns portal is reviewed on a demo.
Platform guide
These are the points that decide how smooth a shipping integration is on each platform, not a Zineps ranking. For Shopify, WooCommerce, bol.com and Amazon, Zineps imports the orders. For Magento, Shopware and Lightspeed, how the connection is made depends on the store, so it is reviewed on a demo. Confirm the fit on your own setup.

Shipping carriers: which carrier fits which laneMulti-carrier shipping software, where the rules run
Where you are today
Zineps is shipping software for webshops in the Netherlands and Belgium. With one shop today, a connection replaces the copy-and-paste between shop and carrier portal. With several channels today, the same carrier rules apply to every order, whichever shop it came from.
One shop today
Keep the shop you have. Orders land in a queue, labels are created from there, and the tracking update goes back to the shop and the customer.
Several channels today
You already sell on your own shop and a marketplace. Put the carrier logic in one place, so the packing desk works from one list whichever channel the order came from.
One queue
Zineps imports orders from Shopify, WooCommerce, bol.com and Amazon, applies carrier rules, creates labels on your own contracts, sends tracking updates and runs the returns portal, for PostNL, DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS, Bpost and FedEx from one queue. Platform-specific options are reviewed on a demo for your setup.
Orders from Shopify, WooCommerce, bol.com and Amazon land in one queue, so the packing desk works from one list.
A rule chooses the carrier by destination, weight or the promise made at checkout. You can use that rule on every channel that shares the promise. Marketplace-specific rules are reviewed on a demo.
Create labels for PostNL, DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS, Bpost or FedEx from the same queue. One order or the day's batch.
When the label is created, the tracking update goes to the customer and back to the shop. What each marketplace expects is reviewed on a demo.
The customer starts the return, a label is created, and your team sees the status next to the original order. Marketplace returns are reviewed on a demo.

From the channels you sell on
Start from your channels, not from the connector list. Write down where orders come from, check which shipping method each channel shows the customer, connect the shops to one queue, then set the carrier rules once with a fallback. Review the tracking updates after the first week and change a rule where a lane is not what you promised.
01
Your own shop, plus every marketplace. Note which carrier each channel uses today and who enters the tracking number.
02
What delivery option does the customer see at checkout on each channel? That promise decides what the carrier rule has to deliver.
03
Shopify, WooCommerce, bol.com and Amazon orders import into Zineps. Magento, Shopware and Lightspeed setups are reviewed on a demo.
04
One carrier rule per lane, with a fallback, for channels that share the promise. Check tracking updates after the first week and adjust. Marketplace-specific rules are reviewed on a demo.
How a channel order gets its carrier
This is a hypothetical example, not a customer result and not a volume Zineps has measured. It pictures a Dutch webshop that sells on its own shop, on bol.com and on Amazon. The rules below only show how one set can serve every channel. Your channels, parcels and contracts decide which carrier is named.
Example rules
The same queue for every shop
In this example the shop does not keep a carrier setting per channel. The order is imported, the rule looks at destination and weight, and the label is created with the carrier that rule names. If the carrier for Belgium changes next quarter, one rule changes.
Tracking updates and returns follow from the same queue in this example. The packing desk works from one list. What a marketplace expects in its dispatch confirmation, and how a marketplace return maps to the portal, is reviewed on a demo.

Works with the shops and carriers you already use
Zineps combines the webshops and carriers named on this site, for merchants in the Netherlands and Belgium. Live order import covers Shopify, WooCommerce, bol.com and Amazon. The carriers are PostNL, DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS, Bpost and FedEx. Orders from those shops land in one queue, and carrier rules choose the carrier per parcel. Magento, Shopware 6 and Lightspeed eCom are reviewed on a demo.

Yes. Orders from your own shop and from bol.com land in the same list, and labels are created from that list. Tracking goes back to each channel. Whether an order ships with your own carrier or through Verzenden via bol is part of the setup we review on a demo.
04
Not with a queue in front of the carriers. The shop connects to Zineps once, and Zineps creates the labels for PostNL, DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS, Bpost and FedEx on your own contracts. Which connection method fits your shop, app, API or plugin, depends on the platform.
05
When a label is created, the tracking update goes to the customer and back to the shop. What a marketplace expects in its dispatch confirmation differs per channel, so those fields are reviewed on a demo for your account.
06
You can bring the contracts you already have and ship on those terms. If you need one more, Zineps can introduce a logistics partner. We review that on a demo for your setup.

The Zineps returns portal sits on the same queue as the shops named on this page. The customer starts the return, a label is created, and your team sees the status next to the original order. How returns from a marketplace map to that portal is reviewed on a demo.

No. Orders still start in your shop or marketplace. Zineps takes over the shipping work after the order: carrier choice, labels, tracking updates and returns.
