A separate portal for the long-distance parcels
Shopify, WooCommerce, bol.com and Amazon each have their own shipping screen. Add a FedEx login on top and someone still copies orders between them before a label exists.
For webshops that ship outside the EU
Zineps imports your orders, applies carrier rules, creates labels and sends tracking updates. Bring your own FedEx account, let a rule decide which parcels go with FedEx, and use one returns portal when they come back.

FedEx shipping software is the layer between a webshop and FedEx, an international express carrier. Zineps imports orders from Shopify, WooCommerce, bol.com and Amazon, applies your carrier rules, creates the shipping label and sends tracking updates to the shop and the customer. You bring your own FedEx account and keep PostNL, DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS or Bpost in the same queue, for webshops in the Netherlands and Belgium.
FedEx next to the carriers you use in Europe
Zineps is shipping software for webshops in the Netherlands and Belgium that ship with FedEx and other carriers. Label creation, tracking updates and the returns portal sit beside PostNL, DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS and Bpost, so FedEx is one carrier in the same queue rather than a separate login.
The problem
A Dutch webshop usually has its European flow figured out. Then an order arrives for a customer in the UK or beyond, and someone opens another carrier portal, retypes the address and decides by feel whether FedEx is worth it for this parcel. Done per order, a FedEx label becomes a manual step and the tracking status never reaches the customer.
Shopify, WooCommerce, bol.com and Amazon each have their own shipping screen. Add a FedEx login on top and someone still copies orders between them before a label exists.
The label was created, but the tracking update never reached the shop or the customer. On a parcel that travels further, that question comes sooner and louder.
The outbound FedEx label is done. The return still arrives as an email. The returns portal is there so the customer can start it, and your team can see the status next to the order.
Where you are today
Zineps is for webshops in the Netherlands and Belgium that already have a FedEx account, and for shops that send parcels abroad with UPS, DHL or another carrier and want to compare. Both start from imported orders, carrier rules and labels in one queue.
You have a FedEx account
Your FedEx terms stay yours. Zineps uses that account for labels, tracking updates and the returns portal, next to the other carriers you already ship with.
Long-distance parcels go with another carrier today
UPS, DHL or another carrier may fit a destination better. The rule decides, and you can change it without touching the shop.
What you get
Zineps imports orders, applies carrier rules, creates the FedEx label, sends tracking updates and runs the returns portal from one queue. You bring your own FedEx account and can keep PostNL, DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS and Bpost beside it. FedEx service levels and customs documents are reviewed on a demo for your setup.
Orders from Shopify, WooCommerce, bol.com and Amazon land in one queue, so a FedEx label starts from the order instead of a copied address.
Rules choose FedEx or another carrier by weight, destination or the promise you made. Changing a rule does not mean changing the shop.
Create the FedEx label, and the label for PostNL, DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS or Bpost, from the same queue. One order or the day's batch.
When the label is created, the tracking update goes to the customer and back to the shop. Support stops reading a carrier page out loud.
The customer starts the return, a label is created, and your team sees the status next to the original order. FedEx return options are reviewed on a demo for your setup.

Getting started
Shipping with FedEx in Zineps starts when orders are imported from your webshop. Carrier rules decide when a parcel goes with FedEx and when PostNL, DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS or Bpost is the better fit. Zineps creates the label, sends tracking updates to the customer and keeps returns in the same portal. You bring your own FedEx account. Service levels and customs documents are reviewed on a demo for your setup.

How a parcel gets its carrier
Carrier rules decide whether a parcel ships with FedEx or with PostNL, DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS or Bpost. The example below is an illustration of that logic for a webshop in the Netherlands or Belgium, not a live account and not a customer result.
Example rules
The same queue as your other carriers
Say a Dutch webshop ships almost all of its parcels inside Europe, and a handful go to the UK or further. The order is already imported, so the question is only which carrier the rule picks for that address: FedEx, UPS, DHL or another carrier you brought. You change that rule in one place when your contract or your promise changes.
Tracking updates go to the customer from that same queue. If the parcel comes back, the returns portal is the same one your team already uses. Options that depend on your FedEx account, such as service levels or customs documents, are reviewed on a demo for your setup.

That depends on your contracts and your destinations, and no page can answer it for you. Zineps does not decide it either. A carrier rule does, and you can compare FedEx, UPS, DHL and the other carriers you brought on the same orders. Prices, transit times and customs handling come from your contracts, so check them with each carrier.
