A second portal for one border
Shopify, WooCommerce, bol.com and Amazon each have their own shipping screen. Add a Bpost login on top and someone still copies orders between them before a label exists.
For webshops that ship to Belgium
Zineps imports your orders, applies carrier rules, creates labels and sends tracking updates. Bring your own Bpost contract, let a rule decide which Belgian parcels go with Bpost, and use one returns portal when they come back.

Bpost shipping software is the layer between a webshop and Bpost, the Belgian postal operator. Zineps imports orders from Shopify, WooCommerce, bol.com and Amazon, applies your carrier rules, creates the shipping label and sends tracking updates to the shop and the customer. You bring your own Bpost contract and keep PostNL, DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS or FedEx in the same queue, for webshops in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Bpost next to the carriers you use in the Netherlands
Zineps is shipping software for webshops in the Netherlands and Belgium that ship with Bpost and other carriers. Label creation, tracking updates and the returns portal sit beside PostNL, DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS and FedEx, so Bpost is one carrier in the same queue rather than a separate login.
The problem
A Dutch webshop usually has its Netherlands flow figured out. The first Belgian orders then arrive and someone opens a second carrier portal, copies addresses and checks by hand which parcels should go with Bpost. When that happens per shop, a Bpost label becomes a manual step and the tracking status never reaches the customer.
Shopify, WooCommerce, bol.com and Amazon each have their own shipping screen. Add a Bpost login on top and someone still copies orders between them before a label exists.
The label was created, but the tracking update never reached the shop or the customer. Support opens another tab and reads a carrier page out loud.
The outbound Bpost label is done. The return still arrives as an email. The returns portal is there so the customer can start it, and your team can see the status next to the order.
Where you are today
Zineps is for webshops in the Netherlands and Belgium that already have a Bpost contract, and for shops that ship to Belgium with PostNL, DHL or another carrier and want to compare. Both start from imported orders, carrier rules and labels in one queue.
You have a Bpost contract
Your Bpost terms stay yours. Zineps uses that contract for labels, tracking updates and the returns portal, next to the other carriers you already ship with.
Belgium goes through another carrier today
PostNL, DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS or FedEx may fit a lane better. The rule decides, and you can change it without touching the shop.
What you get
Zineps imports orders, applies carrier rules, creates the Bpost label, sends tracking updates and runs the returns portal from one queue. You bring your own Bpost contract and can keep PostNL, DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS and FedEx beside it. bpack service options, pickup points and parcel lockers are reviewed on a demo for your setup.
Orders from Shopify, WooCommerce, bol.com and Amazon land in one queue, so a Bpost label starts from the order instead of a copied address.
Rules choose Bpost or another carrier by weight, destination or the promise you made. Changing a rule does not mean changing the shop.
Create the Bpost label, and the label for PostNL, DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS or FedEx, from the same queue. One order or the day's batch.
When the label is created, the tracking update goes to the customer and back to the shop. Support stops reading a carrier page out loud.
The customer starts the return, a label is created, and your team sees the status next to the original order. Bpost return options are reviewed on a demo for your setup.
Bring the Bpost contract you already have. If you do not have one yet, we review that on a demo for your setup.

Getting started
Shipping with Bpost in Zineps starts when orders are imported from your webshop. Carrier rules decide when a parcel goes with Bpost and when PostNL, DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS or FedEx is the better fit. Zineps creates the label, sends tracking updates to the customer and keeps returns in the same portal. You bring your own Bpost contract. bpack service options, pickup points and parcel lockers are reviewed on a demo for your setup.

How a parcel gets its carrier
Carrier rules decide whether a parcel ships with Bpost or with PostNL, DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS or FedEx. The example below is an illustration of that logic for a webshop in the Netherlands or Belgium, not a live account and not a customer result.
Example rules
The same queue as your other carriers
Picture a Dutch webshop that ships a few hundred parcels a week, almost all inside the Netherlands. A handful go to Belgium. The order is already imported, so the question is only which carrier the rule picks for a Belgian address: Bpost, PostNL or another carrier you brought. You change that rule in one place when your contract or your promise changes.
Tracking updates go to the customer from that same queue. If the parcel comes back, the returns portal is the same one your team already uses. Options that depend on your Bpost contract, such as bpack services, pickup points or parcel lockers, are reviewed on a demo for your setup.

Works with the carriers and shops you already use
Zineps combines Bpost with the carriers and webshops already named on this site, for merchants in the Netherlands and Belgium. The carriers are Bpost, PostNL, DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS and FedEx. The webshops and marketplaces are Shopify, WooCommerce, bol.com and Amazon. Orders from those shops land in one queue, and carrier rules choose Bpost or another carrier per parcel. Pickup points and parcel lockers are reviewed on a demo for your setup.

Yes, if your PostNL contract covers Belgium. Zineps does not decide that for you. A carrier rule does, and you can compare Bpost, PostNL and the other carriers you brought on the same Belgian orders. Prices, delivery times and pickup point coverage come from your contracts, so check them with each carrier.
