What data do we need from you

To create an account on Ziapsly, we need some data from you. This way you can start shipping right away. Therefore, we ask for the following data from you: (company)name, website, phone number, Chamber of Commerce number, address, postal code, city, email address and payment details.

What else do we do with your data

Your account

We ask you to enter your data once when creating your account. Handy, so you don't have to enter this data for each shipment. With the data and your webshop plugin, you can start shipping right away. This data is used exclusively for your shipments, or when you ask us account-related questions.

Customer service

You can always reach us by phone or email. To help you quickly with questions, we use your data. Your emails to customer service are saved to help you as optimally as possible. These emails are stored on Zineps' own secure servers. This way we don't have to constantly ask you about things that have been discussed before.

Tailored advice

As you can probably read, we think it's important to serve you as optimally as possible with our service. That's why we like to get to know you well. We remember what you need when you visit our website or use our services. We use the search network and retargeting services to help you with offers. We do this through useful advertisements on Google and Facebook. This has to do with 'Cookies', we'll come back to that later. Want to unsubscribe and not receive advice? Then you can simply turn off the cookies.

Communication

When we deal with changes to carriers you ship with, we use your data to inform you about this. In addition, we communicate information about shipments that are relevant to you.

Newsletter

Our newsletter only keeps you informed when we have real news for you, relevant to you. We send the newsletters based on your email address that you have provided. Don't want to receive newsletters from us anymore? Then you can always unsubscribe from the newsletter with one click on the unsubscribe button.

Payments

We ask you to enter your payment details once through our payment provider Adyen, so shipments can be automatically invoiced. You only pay via direct debit. To make payments as secure as possible, all information is sent in encrypted form using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This ensures that your payment details never end up with other parties. Our payment partner processes your payment details following the highest security standard.

Improvement for our service

We want to continuously improve the Zineps service. Therefore, we may use your data to ask if you want to participate in a voluntary brief customer or market research. This usually happens through a single question per email.

What do we especially not do with your data?

We promise you that we will never sell your data to others. We do not collect or use information for purposes other than those described in this privacy policy, unless we have obtained your prior consent.
