How to book a pallet through Zineps
1. Create the shipment
From an order or manually. Pick the pallet format and enter weight and dimensions.
2. Choose carrier and pickup day
Compare carriers such as DHL and DSV and choose when the pallet is collected.
3. Print consignment note and labels
The consignment note (CMR) and pallet labels come straight out of Zineps.
4. Track until delivery
Tracking and proof of delivery sit next to your parcel shipments in the same overview.

Frequently asked questions
When a shipment has many boxes or is heavy, usually from around five boxes or 100 kg. On a pallet everything travels together on one consignment note, the risk of damage and lost boxes is lower and the price per kilo drops.
Euro pallets (120 × 80 cm), block pallets (120 × 100 cm) and half pallets. The maximum weight per pallet varies by destination and is listed in your quote. We request non-standard sizes for you.
Yes. You indicate it when booking. A phone appointment beforehand or delivery to a private address is also possible, at a surcharge you see upfront.
Book before the cut-off of your pickup day and the pallet is collected the same or next business day. The exact cut-off depends on your location and is shown in your account.
You report the damage in Zineps with photos. We handle the claim with the carrier. Standard carrier liability applies; additional insurance can be added per shipment.
