Use your Zineps account to investigate shipments, inspect orders and invoices, and perform permitted shipping operations from an AI assistant.

Connect your AI assistant
- In your AI client, add a remote MCP server using the full
/mcpURL above. The client must support Streamable HTTP and OAuth. - Sign in on the Zineps authorization page, choose the session duration and permitted tools, and approve the connection. You need a Zineps account with organisation access.
- Ask a shipping question, such as: Where is my shipment? The assistant can use
GetMyInfoandGetToolGuideto check your access and available workflows.
Tools and permissions
Available tools depend on your role, organisation, access mode, and granted permissions. Read-only access blocks write tools. Permitted actions can create or cancel labels, send print jobs, create customers, update tickets, and change partner rates or surcharges. Creating or remaking labels can incur carrier charges.
Privacy and logging
The guided workflow uses RecordUserQuestion to store your question verbatim for product improvement. Tool invocations are recorded. Your chosen AI provider or gateway may also process inputs and results. Never share passwords or tokens in chat.
