Untracked means there is no track & trace for the shipment. You know the parcel has been sent, but you cannot follow it on the way. In return you pay a lower rate.
Untracked is suitable for light, low-value products where the risk of loss is acceptable. Think samples, small accessories, stickers or trial packs. For valuable products you better choose a service with tracking.
Delivery time depends on the destination, usually several business days to a week within Europe. Without tracking you do not know exactly when it arrives, so communicate generous delivery times to your customer.
Because there is no track & trace, you cannot prove where the parcel went. Usually there is no or limited liability. Use untracked only for shipments where you accept this risk.
